Here are the sequential steps to run a Cybershake NZ run:
Step 1: Create the list of faults considered
- Generating rupture (i.e., SRF)
- Generate velocity model (VM) for the considered sources
- Run verification of generated inputs
- Submit simulation jobs to the HPC
- IM calc and IMagg
- Verify IM based on epsilon
- Plot IM, and empirical median
- Calculate hazard
- Plot for a list of sites
- visualization tools
