FP2 Annual Meeting workshop - 31 August

Goals of the QuakeCoRE Flagship Project 2 workshop:

  • Provide an overview of major research on soil liquefaction and its impacts on infrastructure
  • Determine how each of the existing individual projects fit together
  • Improve collaborations between researchers, industry and stakeholders
  • Identify the needs of end-users and industry, gaps in current research efforts, and develop project outlines to fill the gaps in future research
  • Develop a prioritisation of the research needs/projects from various perspectives (industry/end-users/stakeholders/researchers)
  • Discuss how the research findings from the Flagship Project 2 can be facilitated into updates of codes, guidelines and practice notes and incorporated into practice
