• In Endnote, go to Tools > Online Search on the top toolbar
• This drop down menu will appear and you can choose  to connect to the U Canterbury | Library Catalogs or Library Catalogue | University of Canterbury
  
• A basic search screen will appear, enter your search terms

• Take care:

• If you have an EndNote library already open all of these records retrieved from the library catalogue will be automatically downloaded into

  it. Click on

  the same Library. Make sure you have selected  Clear currently displayed results before retrieving records so your records will be saved

  in

  to a separate file

• You may choose to download 20 records at a time and delete unwanted ones or you may choose to only do very specific catalogue searches
