First time users will need to go to Tools > Online Search on the top toolbar

Once Repeat users will find a link to the University of Canterbury catalogue has been chosen from the top toolbar it will appear in the Groups category at the left of the screen and can be opened . You can access the catalogue from there

First time users

• In Endnote, go to Tools > Online Search on the top toolbar
• This drop down menu will appear and you can Choose choose  to connect to the U Canterbury | Library Catalogs or Library Catalogue | University of Canterbury
  
• A basic search screen will appear, that will search the University of Canterbury Library catalogue for youenter your search terms

• Take care:

• All

  If you have an EndNote library already open all of these records will be automatically downloaded into

  the EndNote library you have open

  it. Click on Clear currently displayed results before retrieving records so your records will be saved in a separate file

• 

  You may choose to download 20 records at a time and delete unwanted ones or you may choose to only do very specific catalogue searches
