The current workflow is as shown in the diagram below:
The verification pathway on the right (Tasks 8 to 10) and tasks with number greater than 14 are not yet implemented.
The red paths leading to IM_calc, plot_srf and vm_gen indicate that only one of these are required, while all other processes with multiple dependencies are required.
When running auto_submit only the processes at the end of the pathways need to be named, the rest of the needed processes will be automatically added.
If multiple dependencies are available then a default will be used.
In the case of IM_calc, BB is the default dependency.
VM_gen is not anticipated to have a default dependency, as srf generation requires configuration to run.
The names of the processes in the image are the ones used by auto_submit and can be used with the --tasks_to_run flag.
