Summary
Orchestrates the automated GM simulation and Cybershake workflow using Slurm. Includes Viktor's workflow that creates binary output and processes it internally, and Jonney's automated Slurm job submission/monitoring sub-system.

Known Issues
- Automated Slurm job submission/monitoring sub-system works, but will need to consult Hillary Oliver if we need to adopt Cylc instead. The architectural change required is described in Cybershake Automation roadmap
