Current Status of SeisFinder

  • Query working as intended
  • No systematic way to insert an event as of yet, we need manual intervention
  • Automatic insertion to DB is OK
  • We have a suitable place to put our data
  • Several manual corrections to paths to the files need to be done
  • Many zips instead of a single one when choosing to download several stations

Other improvements

  • Pairing with liquefaction analysis (Brett Maurer work)
    • We need to generate outputs at a set of given locations to estimate liquefaction
  • Computation of IMs and make them downloadable
    • provide PGA and PGV.

  • Get full data set for a simulation
    • Set-up FTP server? (This is unlikely to be possible from the webserver)
  • Testing of the UI by an expert
    • Point errors and improvements in usability
