• Difference between batches v22p11 v22p12 and full Cybershake datasets, versions of 400m, 200m and 100m.
  • We Have difference in Data Types we download Waveforms, IM's, Source Data which can correspond to the different filter header types.

Notes from Other command line Tool

Starts with selecting the Cybershake Model to look at
Then select between, Site Info, Seismographs, Intensity Measures or Event Info.

Site Info you can filter based off:

  • Site Name (Multiple Selection)

Gives the user the site info csv which is site name and lon / lat.

Under Event Info you can filter based off:

  • Magnitude (Single, multiple, range e.g. 7 - 8)
  • Site Name (Multiple selection)
  • Site-Rupture Distance
  • Source Name (Multiple selection)

Gets the source id, rupture ID, realistions, source names, magnitudes, rupture probability, rupture corner properties, hypocentre location data lon / lat / depth

Under Intensity Measures you can filter based off:

  • IM period (Single, Multiple, range e.g. 0.01 - 10)
  • IM Value (Single, Multiple, range e.g. 490 - 10000 cm/sec^2)
  • Magnitude (Single, multiple, range e.g. 7 - 8)
  • Site-Rupture Distance (Unknown, but guess a Single, Multiple or Range)
  • Source Name (Multiple selection)

Gets the run_id, site name, source id, rupture_id, realisations, source name, Magnitude, rupture probability, period, component, IM_value, units, hyocentre location

Under Seismograms you can filter based off: (Waveforms)

  • IM Period (Single, Multiple, range e.g. 0.01 - 10)
  • IM Value (Single, Multiple, range e.g. 490 - 10000 cm/sec^2)
  • Magnitude (Single, multiple, range e.g. 7 - 8)
  • Site Name (Multiple Selection)
  • Site-Rupture Distance (Unknown, but guess a Single, Multiple or Range)
  • Source Name (Multiple selection)

Gets the waveform data for the same dataset as IM's.

Differences

  • Can't do Site Name filter on Waveforms as they are stored based on Source
  • IM Value might be a tricky filter as we don't have direct access to the IM Values without downloading the dataset
  • IM Period selector might be redundant as we just have every IM computed for everything (Unless some run datasets don't include some of the  interesting not pSA IM's)
  • Magnitude filter we can grab from the NHM?
  • Rrup may not be possible due to storing data based off Source
  • Source Name is easy as thats the current method

Interface Needs

Select the Cybershake Package Full Versions (400m, 200m and 100m runs) or Select an option to look at a particular batch of runs (v22p11, v22p12 etc.)

  • 2019 400m (N_Faults: 471, Tect Types: Crustal, Volcanic)
  • 2020 400m (N_Faults: 486, Tect Types: Crustal, Volcanic, Subduction)
  • 2020 200m (N_Faults: 486, Tect Types: Crustal, Volcanic, Subduction)
  • 2022 100m (N_Faults: 90, Tect Types: Crustal, Volcanic) - To be completed

Selector for Data Types your Interested in. (Can be multiple)

  • Waveforms (Should we label it as Seismograms?)
  • IM's
  • Source Data
  • Site Data

Then allow for filters based on whats been selected in the Data types. (Can use multiple)

  • Magnitude (Single, multiple, range e.g. 7 - 8)
  • Source Name (Single, multiple selection)
  • Site Select (Does the Fault contain the given site of Interest)
  • No labels
