Summary
EMOD3D and various C/Fortran codes written by Rob Graves. Partially altered to switch to a workflow based on binary file format.
- Mpi : contains EMOD3D main program
- StochSim: HF Fortran codes
- WccFormat: contains a number of C codes that BB depends on (eg. wcc_siteamp.c, wcc_rotate.c)
- rwg43: Contains ModelCords and SlipModel
- merge_ts: Merges .xyts outputs after EMOD3D MPI run
- Getpar: Contains argument/parameter parsing functions
- tests: Contains some old tests developed as part of porting to Fitzroy.
Current Status : Working
Usually "Mature", but recent change to the binary workflow is not fully mature even if it appears working perfectly.
Known Issues
- README file can be updated to remove Fitzroy related info.
