Download Desktop version of Mendeley

 http://www.mendeley.com 

Sign In tab to log into the Web version.
Sync the two versions of Mendeley - In Desktop Tools toolbar, click Sync Library.

You also need to install two other add ins from the Tools menu

Install Web Importer
 Install Plug-In for Microsoft Word.
