Issues

1. Python 3.6 and 3.8 issues on NeSI
   1. Wasn't able to upgrade existing environment from 3.6 to 3.8 for unknown reason
2. New workflow layout issues on NeSI
   1. New folder/script layout means environments created with old/new layout weren't able to load envs created with the other.
   2. Partially resolved, however I'm expecting more issues to arise with it.
