After we enable the function to load multiple config files, we want to implement the versioning of different templates.
Task
1) verify the changes using single simulations
1a) compare EMOD3D
1b) compare HF
1c) compare BB
2) adjust automated install script to new workflow
1a2a. make install take a version number to load template
23) fix the strange requirement to run install_bb in the mid of simulation
34) create dummy templates for each level of config ( to test the loading function)
45) pick a version from previous Validation runs and test it with the versioning changes
