NHM selection file

In order to run nhm2srf.py code to generate SRFs, a "selection file" is needed. This text file can be specified in multiple ways (depending on the approach utilized for considering uncertainty in ruptures), as:

  1. fault_name     num_hypo_along_strike     num_slip_realizations_per_hyp
  2. fault_name     hypo_dist_along_strike     num_slip_realizations_per_hyp 
  3. fault_name     num_monteCarlo_realizations"r"   

    (note for approach 3: append "r" to the number of realizations (e.g., 30r) to generate randomized hypoceter with one slip distirbution per each)
