Here is the list of items to be done for Cyerbshake:
- plot p-value for comparing the empirical and theoretical hypocenter distributions.
approach: do calculations via Matlab and verify the calculations in the python code - investigate the inconsistency between the the number of points along the strike and dip directions
approach: compare if that inconsistency comes from having multiple segments or it is present in single segmented faults as well. Cases for comparison: Hikurangi ve Wairau. - Run Srf plot for CS18p6 version and update the wiki page
- Populate the "Cybershake input / output verification" page with corresponding results
- Create the list of faults that had the wrong Mw and pass it to Jonney to re-run
- Run IM calcs with the remaining fault list and IM aggregate
- Run IM plots for the remaining faults
- Run hazard calcs for CS18.6 with existing empirical PSHAs
- Compare hazard curves and hazard maps for 18.6 and 18.5
