Issues

QGis was too heavy for ucquakecore1p server, but Mantle (CentOS7) has no QGis package: Installed QGis+Docker container:  gem/oq-qgis-server: Our way of running QGIS 3 server inside Docker (github.com)

Outstanding

GMT+vis tools docker container: nc5ng/gmt-docker: Docker Image of Generic Mapping Tools (github.com) : GMT 6 only (need v5 to be 100% compatible). Easy to alter the container to have GMT 5. 

Initial Plan for next sprint

  • GMSimViz VM (RCC) Ubuntu 18.4 LTS → 20.4 LTS upgrade  Jonney Huang <Execution>
  • vs30 map to be revised to use qgis (not mapbox), but qgis to run on RCC Viktor Polak <Structural Change>
