Scripts needed
Generate_empirical - generates the empircal data for all of the IM Source data for a run
Generate_plots - generates all the spatial plots and places them in a file structure used by the streamlit application
CS Investigation Streamlit App - script for the actual streamlit application
Adjustments needed
Change some of the function returns for creating plots to return a figure so the functions can be used directly from the streamlit application
Potential Future features?
Allow buttons to download data needed for a given cybershake / historical run on dropbox then runs the scripts to generate plots and empirical data so it can e used in the viewing
