Save an entire library (under 4 gigabytes)  and any associated files by compressing it

To compress a library to send it to someone else, or to create a backup, or another copy of your library :

• Open the Library in EndNote, go to File | Compressed Library (.enlx), create
• Another copy of EndNote X2 will open the library and the associated files ( from the .DATA folder ) to the same folder where the .enlx file is save to
