Save an entire library (under 4 gigabytes) and any associated files by compressing it
- To compress it.Open the Library in EndNote, go to File | Compressed Library (.enlx), create
- You can email the entire compressed file, or save it to a flash drive.
- Another copy of EndNote X2 will open the library and the associated files ( from the .DATA folder ) to the same folder where the .enlx file is save to
