Emails re items available for collection
Emails have been incorrectly sent out to some users to pick up books from libraries, for example requests or interloans. Please ignore these in the meantime. We are very sorry about this: an email problem on a server was fixed which then sent out the emails banked up from after the earthquake. There is currently no way to get physical items from the libraries or from interloans.
Items on loan
Items due after the 22nd of February have been renewed:
- High Demand items (e.g. 3 hour and 3 day loans) to the 14th March
- All other items to the 16th March
Requests and recalls
These are not able to be processed at the moment as there is no access to campus libraries.
Interloans
Continue to make requests. Some requests are being processed where we are likely to get an electronic version. Please keep all interloaned items until UC libraries are open again.
The interloan form is not working at the moment, please email requests to interloans@libr.canterbury.ac.nz
Eresources
We are working with our vendors to extend access to eresources. See New Electronic Resources. We will also be reviewing all high-demand materials to see which of these are available digitally. These are starting to come on stream now. The best way to access these resources is through MultiSearch
