Emails have been incorrectly sent out to some users to pick up books from libraries, for example requests or interloans. Please ignore these in the meantime. We are very sorry about this: an email problem on a server was fixed and which then sent out the emails banked up from after the earthquake. There is currently no way to get physical items from the libraries or from interloans.
