References imported from different databases sometimes contain words in uppercase. You do not need to change these manually.
You can
- Highlight the references you want to change in your EndNote Library (do not omit this step!)
- Go to References | Show Selected References
- Go to Tools | Change/Move /Copy Fields
- Choose the Change Fields Tab
- Choose the field that you wish to change from the In drop down list
- Choose the Change option you require - lowercase is chosen here
- Choose OK to apply the changes
- Check the details are correct then click OK to confirm the change
