merge_ts: Merges .xyts outputs after EMOD3D MPI run
Getpar: Contains argument/parameter parsing functions
tests: Contains some old tests developed as part of porting to Fitzroy.

Current Status : Working

Usually "Mature", but recent change to the binary workflow is not fully mature even if it appears working perfectly.
