Misc BB comments:
- Increase awareness and participation in blind predictions of experimental work
- Foster prospective predictions ('blind predictions') of experimental testing (often through the establishment of larger project teams)
- Develop consistency (protocols?) on the minimum experimental instrumentation which is needed to understand the observed performance of experimental specimens at different global->local scales.
- Develop guidance on a heirarchy of loading protocols (from simple monotonic static through to complex dynamic loading) to enable a heirarichal validation of predictive models
- Develop recommended processes for the necessary documentation and archival locations for storing experimental data (DesignSafeCI, for example) for later useage
- Develop databases of historical experimental tests (e.g. RC beam/column/wall tests at NZ universities over the past 5 decades).
