Instead of installing long lists of journal abbreviations you can edit your own journal entries by using the Term Lists functions
Check how your journals are displayed in a Word document
- If you want them to be abbreviated
- Go to EndNoteyour EndNote library
- Tools | Open Term Lists | highlight the journal you wish to edit
- Edit Term | Edit journal
- Continue to change other journals individually if necessary
You will still need to use a Style that is designed to include journal abbreviations. Ask your Liaison Librarian if you have any problems
