You can download citations into EndNote by exporting individual citations or by exporting a list of marked citations
When you have marked records in a search look for the export citation link at the top of the page

EndNote In each case EndNote will open and prompt you to select your own personal EndNote Library. Your references will be automatically downloaded into this your EndNote library.
