Week 1 Monday, 11am: Sprint Planning
Week 1 Monday Afternoon : Sub-group planning meetings/ Start deliverable wiki page/ Preparing JIRA sprint backlog
Week 1 Tuesday morning: JIRA sprint backlog officially kicks off
Week 1 Friday, 11am (if needed) Casual meeting for clarification, special request prioritisation etc.
Week 2
Monday: Review the progress. Rescope/negotiate.
(Week 2 Wednesday: SW seminar)
Week 2 Friday: Complete deliverable wiki pages.
Week 3 Monday, 10am: Sprint Review/Retrospective
Week 3 Monday, 10am: Sprint Review/Retrospective
Daily scrum is at 9:30am every day.
