EndNote filters, styles and connection files

When Endnote is installed, so too are a large number of filters, styles and connection files.

Filters translate information from databases into the correct format for Endnote; styles govern the final appearance of your formatted bibliography; connection files allow you to search a database directly through Endnote.

As well as the default files that come with your Endnote installation, there are a number that have been developed specifically for use at the University of Canterbury. These files are automatically available when using Endnote on the Campus network. If you want to use EndNote on a computer that is not connected to the campus network, you will need to install these files.
